Naja Lee Jensen works in the area between the performing and fine arts. In her cross-disciplinary performative work, she is fascinated by the relationship between movement and non-movement. She asks herself: What is the difference in perceiving something that is moving versus something that is still? And how do we perceive things differently if we ourselves are moving versus if we are standing still? When working in public space Jensen, thinks of her works as Object Trouvés that through re-contextualizing of already existing physical structures elicit what surrounds us. Therefore it is not people who plays the main role when she works in public space, but rather the space itself. Jensen’s works have been shown at such venues as Festspillene i Bergen, Dansehallerne i København and Black Box Theater in Oslo.
